Pastor Ronald Lee McRae
Pastor Ronald Lee McRae is a firm believer of education. He is a graduate of Thomasville Sr. High. He has also completed both a BS in Political Science and Sociology at Winston-Salem State University. Pastor McRae completed a Master’s of Divinity from Shaw University Divinity School, May 2010.
Pastor McRae has a love for God’s people. He has served as Senior Pastor of Little Salem Christian Church in Reidsville, North Carolina since October 1998. During his pastorate the ministry has grown. Teaching the Word of God is Pastor McRae’s passion. He has been privileged to preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout this United States and abroad in South Africa.
Pastor McRae’s potent leadership and commitment to lives extend far beyond the confines of Little Salem Christian Church. He pours into the lives of so many and believes that the power of God is able to change anybody. Pastor McRae works for the Piedmont Triad Regional Council (PTRC) helping to build the lives of young men and women through teaching them life and job skills. Pastor McRae is the co-founder of More Than Conquerors, Inc. a non-profit mentoring and educational program for individuals who are committed to changing their life’s negative perception and direction. Pastor McRae is the founder of Real Fathers/Real Men. Real Fathers/Real Men is a mentoring program geared to providing real talk for real life for men who are already fathers and those who aspire to be fathers in the future. He is also the founder of Boys2Men Mentorship Program (B2M). B2M seeks to empower, encourage and equip boys to embrace their transition into manhood.
Pastor McRae is married to his life partner in ministry, The Reverend Dr. Linda Perkins McRae. They are parents of eight children. Though Pastor McRae is honored to be used in ministry in so many different capacities, his greatest mission and ministry is his family. He strives daily to live a life that not only brings glory to God but challenges and encourages those he loves to pattern their life after. Pastor McRae’s favorite scripture, “I will bless the Lord at all times and His praises shall continually be in my mouth.”
