Our Mission
More Than Conquerors, Inc. (MTC) believes that “We Can Change the Minds of the Next Generation.” MTC believes that if the mind is changed, the outlook can change. When the outlook is changed, the whole life can change.
MTC’s focus is three-fold: To inspire, educate and transform lives. There are three components: MTC Mentoring programs, 2B1 Couple’s Fellowship and a Biennial Gala. MTC Mentoring programs are Boys2Men, Real Fathers/Real Men and Sister2Sister. The male programs are founded and directed by Rev. Ronald McRae. Sister2Sister was founded and is directed by Dr. Linda McRae.

Pastor Ronald Lee McRae is a firm believer of education. He is a graduate of Thomasville Sr. High. He has also completed both a BS in Political Science and Sociology at Winston-Salem State University.
Dr. Linda McRae
In her professional life, Reverend McRae is a licensed clinical social worker, licensed clinical addiction specialist, masters addiction counselor and a certified clinical supervisor.
